Text

1. A peer-to-peer car sharing program may not enter into a car sharing program agreement with a person to be a shared vehicle driver unless the person:

(a)Possesses a valid driver’s license issued by the Department that authorizes the person to operate vehicles of the class of the shared vehicle; or
(b)Is exempt from the requirement to obtain a Nevada driver’s license pursuant to subsection 3 of NRS 483.240 and possesses a valid driver’s license issued to the person in his or her home state or country that authorizes the person to operate vehicles of the class of the shared vehicle in that home state or country. 2. A peer-to-peer car sharing program shall keep a record of:
(a)The name and address of each shared vehicle driver;
(b)The number of the driver’s license of each shared vehicl
