Text
Any person responsible for the testing of an autonomous vehicle shall report to the Department, within 10 business days after a motor vehicle crash, any motor vehicle crash involving the testing of the autonomous vehicle which results in personal injury or property damage estimated to exceed $750. The Department shall prescribe by regulation the information which must be included in such a report.
