Text
“Representative” means any person regularly employed by a manufacturer or distributor for the purpose of negotiating or promoting the sale of the manufacturer’s or distributor’s new vehicles to dealers or for regularly supervising or communicating with dealers or prospective dealers in this State for any purpose.
