Text

If a prospective buyer enters into an exclusive written brokerage agreement with a broker pursuant to NRS 482.334 and the broker facilitates the sale by a vehicle dealer of a vehicle to the prospective buyer, the vehicle dealer shall not:

1.Deal directly with the prospective buyer regarding the matter of the purchase price until at least 30 days after the expiration of the brokerage agreement; or
2.Otherwise interfere with or obstruct the performance of the brokerage agreement. Ê The vehicle dealer may deal directly with the prospective buyer on other matters relating to the sale of the vehicle, including, but not limited to, the terms of financing, purchase of extended warranties and insurance.
