The Director shall, before renewing any license issued pursuant to NRS 482.325, consider:

1.The number and types of complaints received against a manufacturer, distributor, rebuilder or dealer by the Department; and

2.Any administrative fines imposed upon the manufacturer, distributor, rebuilder or dealer by the Department pursuant to NRS 482.554 and 482.565 , Ê and may require the manufacturer, distributor, rebuilder or dealer to provide a good and sufficient bond in the amount set forth in subsection 1 of NRS 482.345 for each category of vehicle sold at each place of business and in each county in which the manufacturer, distributor, rebuilder or dealer is licensed to do business.
