Text

Notwithstanding any provision of this chapter to the contrary:

1.Any agricultural user who wishes to operate or tow an implement of husbandry which is designed to operate at a speed of 25 miles per hour or more on the highways of this State, to operate an implement of husbandry on a highway of this State with a posted speed limit greater than 35 miles per hour or to transport a nonmotorized implement of husbandry on the highways of this State must submit an application to the Motor Carrier Division of the Department and obtain from the Division a farm license plate. Each application must be made upon the appropriate form furnished by the Department. The application must include a nonrefundable fee of $100 plus the fees required pursuant to NRS 482.268 and evidence satisfactory to the Depa
