Text
The Department shall adopt regulations establishing the criteria to be used to determine whether a person is a farmer or rancher for the purposes of NRS 482.036 and 706.071. A person must present appropriate evidence to allow the Department to make the determination that the person satisfies the criteria set forth in the regulations.
