1. A person shall not:

(a)Make a false representation to obtain any information pursuant to NRS 481.089 , 481.091 or 481.093 ; or

(b)Knowingly obtain or disclose information pursuant to NRS 481.089 , 481.091 or 481.093 for any use not authorized pursuant to NRS 481.089 , 481.091 or 481.093 . 2. A person who violates the provisions of this section is guilty of a misdemeanor.
