Text
1. Except as otherwise provided in this section, the Nevada Threat Analysis Center Advisory Committee created by NRS 480.540 shall comply with the provisions of chapter 241 of NRS. 2. The Advisory Committee may hold a closed meeting:
(a)To receive or provide security briefings; or
(b)To discuss:
(1)Active criminal investigations;
(2)Criminal intelligence information;
(3)Actual or suspected acts of terrorism;
(4)Suspected or confirmed threats to public safety;
(5)Deficiencies in security with respect to public services, public facilities or infrastructure; or
(6)Deficiencies in security with respect to handling criminal intelligence information.
