Text

The Chief of the Investigation Division may enter into agreements with any state or local law enforcement agency in this State or in any other state to carry out the duties of the Division. A peace officer, while carrying out the duties of the Investigation Division pursuant to such an agreement, has the same powers and responsibilities as an investigator of the Investigation Division.
