Text
All accounts, bills and demands against the district must be audited, allowed and paid by the board of directors by warrants drawn on the county treasurer or the treasurer of the district. The county treasurer or, if authorized by the board of county commissioners and the board of directors, the treasurer of the district shall pay them in the order in which they are presented.
