Text
If any property of a gaming establishment is sold, leased or otherwise conveyed or hypothecated in violation of NRS 463B.280, or if any property of the establishment is withheld from a supervisor after appointment of the supervisor, the supervisor may petition the district court in the district where the gaming establishment is located for an order compelling delivery of the property to the supervisor.
