Text

1. Each resort hotel shall adopt and maintain an emergency response plan. Each new or revised plan must be filed within 3 days after adoption or revision with each local fire department and local law enforcement agency whose jurisdiction includes the area in which the resort hotel is located and with the Division of Emergency Management of the Office of the Military. 2. The emergency response plan required by subsection 1 must include:

(a)A drawing or map of the layout of all areas within the building or buildings and grounds that constitute a part of the resort hotel and its support systems and a brief description of the purpose or use for each area;
(b)A drawing or description of the internal and external access routes;
(c)The location and inventory of emergency response equipment and
