If any person who is required by or pursuant to this chapter to be licensed or found suitable because of the person’s connection with a corporation, partnership, limited partnership, limited-liability company or other business organization holding a license, or a holding company or intermediary company, including a publicly traded corporation, fails to apply for a license or a finding of suitability after being requested to do so by the Commission or is denied a license or a finding of suitability, or if the person’s license or finding of suitability is revoked, the corporation, partnership, limited partnership, limited-liability company, business organization, holding company, intermediary company or any person who directly or indirectly controls, is controlled by or is under common contr
