Text

A corporation, other than a publicly traded corporation, which applies for a state gaming license shall register as a corporation with the Board, and shall provide the following information to the Board: 1. The organization, financial structure and nature of the business to be operated, including:

(a)The names and personal history of all officers, directors and key employees;
(b)A complete set of the fingerprints of all officers, directors and key employees which the Board may forward to the Central Repository for Nevada Records of Criminal History for submission to the Federal Bureau of Investigation for its report; and
(c)The names, addresses and number of shares held by all stockholders. 2. The rights and privileges acquired by the holders of different classes of authorized securitie
