Text

“Subsidiary” means: 1. A corporation any part of whose outstanding equity securities are:

(a)Owned;
(b)Subject to a power or right of control; or
(c)Held with power to vote, Ê by a holding company or intermediary company; or 2. A firm, partnership, limited partnership, limited-liability company, trust or other form of business organization not a natural person, any interest in which is:
(a)Owned;
(b)Subject to a power or right of control; or
(c)Held with power to vote, Ê by a holding company or intermediary company.
