1. If a parcel of property is not within the Las Vegas Boulevard gaming corridor, is located in a gaming enterprise district and is not being used for the operation of an establishment with a nonrestricted license, a person who owns, leases or controls the property shall erect and maintain at least one sign that complies with the provisions of subsection 2 on each frontage of the property that is adjacent to a county, city or town street or a state highway, if the person intends to use, sell or lease the property for the operation of an establishment with a nonrestricted license. 2.
