1.The Commission, upon recommendation by the Board, may require a natural person or an entity providing services in connection with the transmission of live broadcasts to file an application for a finding of suitability.

2.If the Commission determines that the person or entity is unsuitable to provide transmission services, any association or agreement between the provider and a licensee must be terminated, unless otherwise provided by the Commission.

3.An agreement between such a person or entity and a licensee shall be deemed to include a provision for its termination without liability on the part of the licensee upon a finding by the Commission that the provider is unsuitable to be associated with a licensee. Failure to include that condition in the agreement is not a defense in any

Failure of a licensee to terminate any association or agreement with a person or entity providing services in connection with the transmission of live broadcasts after receiving notice of a determination of unsuitability, or the failure of the provider to file a timely application for a finding of suitability, is an unsuitable method of operation.
