Text

1. Except for persons associated with licensed corporations, limited partnerships or limited-liability companies and required to be licensed pursuant to NRS 463.530 , 463.569 or 463.5735 , each employee, agent, guardian, personal representative, lender or holder of indebtedness of a gaming licensee who, in the opinion of the Commission, has the power to exercise a significant influence over the licensee’s operation of a gaming establishment may be required to apply for a license. 2. A person required to be licensed pursuant to subsection 1 shall apply for a license within 30 days after the Commission requests that the person do so. 3. If an employee required to be licensed under subsection 1:

(a)Does not apply for a license within 30 days after being requested to do so by the Commission,
