1. A licensee shall not operate a gaming device in a restricted area of a public transportation facility without prior approval of the Board. 2. If approval to operate a gaming device in a restricted area of a public transportation facility is sought for a gaming device located in an area of a public transportation facility that may become a restricted area, the application for approval must be filed with the Board at least 15 days before the anticipated restriction of the area or such shorter time as the Board may allow. 3.
