Text

1. On or before January 15 of each year, the Board shall prepare and furnish to the Commission a report that shows all debts owed to the Board that became or remained delinquent during the preceding year. The Board shall include in the report the amount of any delinquent debt that the Board determines is impossible or impractical to collect. 2. For any amount of debt the Board has assigned to the State Controller for collection pursuant to NRS 353C.195 that:

(a)The Board determines is impossible or impractical to collect, the Board may designate such amount as a bad debt and shall notify the State Controller of such a designation. Upon approval by the Chair of the Board, the bad debt may be removed from the books of the account of the Board.
(b)The State Controller determines is impossib
