In addition to any other rights, privileges and immunities recognized by law, the State of Nevada, the Board and any of its members, employees, attorneys and other personnel, and the Commission and any of its members, employees, attorneys and other personnel are immune from any civil liability for any decision or action taken in good faith and without malicious intent in carrying out the provisions of this chapter.
