Text
1. The Administrator of the Division or any person authorized by the Administrator may institute any appropriate action to enforce this chapter, or to prevent, restrain, correct or abate any violation of this chapter. 2. In order properly to carry out the provisions of this chapter, the Administrator of the Division or any person authorized by the Administrator may:
(a)Conduct hearings;
(b)Issue subpoenas; and
(c)Administer oaths.
