Text
1. The Commission may adopt regulations governing applications for variances. 2. The regulations may include, but are not limited to:
(a)The contents of the application; and
(b)The period for which a variance may be granted.
3. The Commission may establish such fees as are necessary to cover the costs of reviewing and processing an application.
