Text

1. The State Environmental Commission shall adopt regulations setting forth:

(a)The records, reports and information submitted to the Division which must contain a certification; and
(b)The requirements of such certifications. 2. Each certification must be signed by the sole proprietor of the facility, the highest ranking corporate officer or partner at the facility, the manager of the facility, or a person designated by any one of those persons to sign the certification.
