Text

The Division shall not reveal the identity of any patient, provider of health care, health care facility or other treatment facility which is involved in the reporting required by NRS 457.250 unless the patient, provider of health care, health care facility or other treatment facility, as applicable, gives prior written consent to such a disclosure.
