Text
The amount of a drug needed to sustain a conviction of a person for an offense prohibited by NRS 454.181 to 454.371, inclusive, is that amount necessary for identification as such drug by a witness qualified to make such identification for the prosecution and a witness qualified to make such identification for the defense.
