Text

1. A person, other than a peace officer or inspector of the Board in the performance of his or her official duty, who knowingly or intentionally obtains or attempts to obtain possession of a dangerous drug or a prescription for a dangerous drug by misrepresentation, fraud, forgery, deception, subterfuge or alteration is guilty of a category E felony and shall be punished as provided in NRS 193.130 . 2. A person who knowingly has in his or her possession any false, fictitious, forged or altered prescription for a dangerous drug is guilty of a category E felony and shall be punished as provided in NRS 193.130 . 3. A person who knowingly:

(a)Receives any dangerous drug from, or has in his or her possession or under his or her control any dangerous drug obtained by, another person as a result
