Text

A person who violates any provision of NRS 454.181 to 454.371, inclusive, by use of a minor as an agent or by unlawfully furnishing any dangerous drug to a minor is guilty of a category B felony and shall be punished by imprisonment in the state prison for a minimum term of not less than 5 years and a maximum term of not more than 20 years, or by a fine of not more than $20,000, or by both fine and imprisonment.
