All agents, assistants and inspectors of the Board and peace officers, while investigating violations of NRS 454.181 to 454.371, inclusive, in performance of their official duties, and any person working under their immediate direction, supervision or instruction are immune from prosecution under NRS 454.181 to 454.371, inclusive.
