Text
It is unlawful to vend, sell, deliver or otherwise furnish any of the poisons named in Schedule “A” or “B” or any other dangerously poisonous drug, chemical or medical substance which may from time to time be designated by the Board, unless on inquiry it is found that the person desiring the same is 18 years of age or older and is aware of its poisonous character, and it satisfactorily appears that it is to be used for a legitimate purpose.
