Text
A person shall not represent himself or herself to be an emergency medical technician, advanced emergency medical technician or paramedic unless the person has been issued a currently valid certificate by the health authority or is practicing under the Recognition of Emergency Medical Services Personnel Licensure Interstate Compact ratified by NRS 450B.145.
