Text

1. The board of hospital trustees has the exclusive control of:

(a)The expenditures of all money collected to the credit of the hospital fund.
(b)The purchase of the site or sites.
(c)The purchase or construction of any hospital building or buildings.
(d)The supervision, care and custody of the grounds, rooms or buildings purchased, constructed, leased or set apart for that purpose. 2. With the approval of the board of county commissioners of the county or counties where the county hospital is established, the board of hospital trustees may lease buildings in that county or those counties for medical purposes or for purposes of related health care activities. 3. All money received for the hospital must be deposited in the county treasury of the county in which the hospital is situated
