Text
1.A declaration executed in another state in compliance with the law of that state or of this State is valid for purposes of NRS 449A.400 to 449A.481 , inclusive.
2.An instrument executed anywhere before July 1, 1977, which clearly expresses the intent of the declarant to direct the withholding or withdrawal of life-sustaining treatment from the declarant when the declarant is in a terminal condition and becomes comatose or is otherwise rendered incapable of communicating with his or her attending physician or attending advanced practice registered nurse, if executed in a manner which attests voluntary execution, or executed anywhere before October 1, 1991, which substantially complies with NRS 449A.433 , and has not been subsequently revoked, is effective under NRS 449A.400 to 449A.481
