Text
1. The Board shall adopt regulations governing the certification of intermediary service organizations and such other regulations as it deems necessary to carry out the provisions of NRS 449.4304 to 449.4339 , inclusive. 2. The Division may:
(a)Upon receipt of an application for a certificate to operate an intermediary service organization, conduct an investigation into the qualifications of personnel, methods of operation and policies and purposes of any person proposing to engage in the operation of an intermediary service organization.
(b)Upon receipt of a complaint against an intermediary service organization, except for a complaint concerning the cost of services, conduct an investigation into the qualifications of personnel, methods of operation and policies, procedures and records
