Text

1. Money received from the certification of intermediary service organizations:

(a)Must be forwarded to the State Treasurer for deposit in the State Treasury;
(b)Must be accounted for separately in the State General Fund; and
(c)May only be used to carry out the provisions of NRS 449.4304 to 449.4339 , inclusive. 2. The Division shall enforce the provisions of NRS 449.4304 to 449.4339 , inclusive, and may incur any necessary expenses not in excess of money appropriated for that purpose by the State or received from the Federal Government.
