1. A medical facility shall prepare a written notice for the employees of the medical facility and for the nurses, nursing assistants and medication aides - certified who contract with the medical facility regarding the protections provided for actions taken pursuant to subsection 1 of NRS 449.205 and the legal remedy provided pursuant to NRS 449.207 . The notice must include the process by which an employee, nurse, nursing assistant or medication aide - certified may make a report pursuant to subsection 1 of NRS 449.205 . 2.
