1. A temporary employment service shall not send an employee to provide services to a facility, hospital, agency, program or home if the temporary employment service has received notice from a facility, hospital, agency, program or home that the employee of the temporary employment service is ineligible to provide such services. 2. A facility, hospital, agency, program or home that enters into an agreement with a temporary employment service to provide services for the facility, hospital, agency, program or home on a temporary basis must require the temporary employment service to:

(a)Provide proof that each employee of the temporary employment service whom it may send to provide services to the facility, hospital, agency, program or home has been continuously employed by the temporary em
