The Division shall: 1. Compile and post on an Internet website maintained by the Division information concerning the licensing status and quality of:

(a)Facilities for the treatment of alcohol or other substance use disorders;

(b)Medical facilities that provide a program of treatment for alcohol or other substance use disorders; and

(c)To the extent that such information is available, unlicensed programs of treatment for alcohol or other substance use disorders; and 2. Update the information described in subsection 1 at least annually.

The Division shall:
