Text
“Motor vehicle” means every self-propelled vehicle in, upon or by which any person or property is or may be transported or drawn upon a public highway except:
1.Devices moved by human or animal power or used exclusively on stationary rails; and
2.Electric personal assistive mobility devices as defined in NRS 482.029 .
