Text
When the Department takes any regulatory action, under the provisions of NRS 445B.100 to 445B.640, inclusive, or under any rule, regulation, order or standard based thereon, it shall give reasonable notice to all parties by certified mail, which notice shall state the legal authority, jurisdiction and reasons for the action taken.
