As used in this section and NRS 444.436 and 444.437, unless the context otherwise requires: 1. “Plastic” means a material made of polymeric organic compounds and additives that can be shaped by flow. 2. “Plastic bottle” means a plastic container intended for single use that has a:

(a)Neck smaller than the body of the container;

(b)Screw-top, snap-cap or other closure; and

(c)Capacity of not less than 16 fluid ounces nor more than 5 gallons. 3. “Rigid plastic container” means a formed or molded container intended for a single use, composed predominantly of plastic resin, that has a relatively inflexible finite shape or form and a capacity of not less than 8 ounces nor more than 5 gallons. The term does not include a plastic bottle.
