Text

1. Except as otherwise provided in subsection 2, any permit granted by the health authority pursuant to NRS 444.080 is subject to suspension at any time by the health authority if it determines that the swimming or bathing place is being operated in a manner insanitary, unclean or dangerous to public health, or in violation of NRS 444.105 . 2. Except in the case of a violation of NRS 444.105 or an imminent health hazard, before suspending such a permit, the health authority shall give the permittee:

(a)A written notice of the determination that the place is being operated in such a manner;
(b)A written statement of the facts upon which the determination was made; and
(c)A list of actions necessary to correct the insanitary, unclean or dangerous conditions. Ê The permittee must be allowe
