Text

1. The Department may:

(a)Formulate, adopt and administer, through the State Board of Health and the Division, a detailed plan or plans for the purposes specified in NRS 442.180 .
(b)Adopt, through the State Board of Health, regulations necessary for the administration of the plan or plans and the administration of NRS 442.180 to 442.220 , inclusive. 2. In developing and revising the plan or plans, the Department shall consider, among other things, the amount of money available from the Federal Government for services to children with special health care needs and the conditions attached to the acceptance of such money, and the limitations of legislative appropriations for services to children with special health care needs.
