Text

The health authority may establish such dispensaries, pharmacies or clinics for outpatient care as it believes are necessary for the care and treatment of persons who have been diagnosed with the human immunodeficiency virus, and provide those institutions with financial or other assistance. Dispensaries, pharmacies or clinics which accept financial or other assistance pursuant to this section shall comply with all conditions prescribed by the Board relating to the use of that assistance.
