Text

1. Each sexton or person in charge of any burial ground shall keep a record of all interments made in the premises under his or her charge, stating:

(a)The name of the deceased person.
(b)The place of death.
(c)The date of burial.
(d)The name and address of the funeral director. 2. The record must be open to public inspection at all times.
