Text
The funeral director or person acting as undertaker shall present the certificate to the attending physician or attending advanced practice registered nurse, if any, or to the health officer or coroner, for the medical certificate of the cause of death and other particulars necessary to complete the record unless the attending physician or attending advanced practice registered nurse initiated the record of death and provided the required information at the time of death.
