Text
To preserve vital statistics, the State Registrar is authorized to prepare typewritten, photographic, electronic or other reproductions of original records and files in his or her office. Such reproductions, when verified and approved by the State Registrar, shall be deemed to be the original record, and the original record may be disposed of in accordance with the regulations adopted by the Board.
