Text

During a public health emergency or other health event, the Governor may, upon consultation with the emergency team, request from a governor of a contiguous state assistance in carrying out an inspection of any health care facility or the office of a provider of health care. The Governor may enter into an agreement for the provision of such services relating to inspections.
