Text

1. The district board of health may:

(a)Receive and disburse federal money;
(b)Submit project applications and programs of projects to federal agencies; and
(c)Enter into formal agreements with federal agencies concerning projects and programs. 2. The district board of health may accept and disburse contributions from private sources, the State, the county, and the cities and towns within the jurisdiction of the board to match federal money for any project or program. All such contributions must be deposited with the county treasurer to the credit of the health district fund created by the board of county commissioners pursuant to NRS 439.363 .
